Bragg Stars for Dairymen in 10-4 Win
A 3-RBI performance from Cliff Bragg, who finished 5th in the NBL in doubles with 39 in 1973, helped the Milwaukee Dairymen beat the Brooklyn Bluebirds, 10-4. The winner was Keith Williams, who threw 114 pitches over 7.1 innings. The right-hander was charged with 4 runs on 10 hits. With the victory, the Dairymen record stands at 17-20.

With Milwaukee leading 1-0 in the top of the second, Bragg hit a changeup from Jorge Sandoval for a bases-clearing double. It was his 12th double of the season and put the Dairymen ahead, 4-0.

"Some wins are easy and some are difficult, but either way we come to the ballpark ready to work hard every day," Bragg told the Milwaukee Chronicle.
