Hotz Leads Knickerbockers to 4-1 Win Over Bobcats
New York and Cleveland duked it out and the Knickerbockers came out victorious.

Rick Hotz impressed in the 4-1 New York win over Cleveland. Hotz went 2 for 2 with a home run and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. Picking up the win was Jack Forbes. He went 7.1 innings, allowing 1 run on 6 hits. The right--hander struck out 3 and walked 1.

The game turned with two out in the bottom of the fourth when Hotz hit a 3-run home run. It thrust the Knickerbockers into the lead, 4-1.
