Bulls Slap 4-2 Loss on Milwaukee
|
Kansas City shortstop Mario Alva had a 4-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Milwaukee Dairymen, 4-2. Bob Crosby earned his 9th save, after closing out the game. The Bulls now have a record of 21-20.
With Kansas City trailing 2-0 in the bottom of the second, Alva hit a sinker from John Williams for a 3-run home run. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Bulls ahead, 3-2.
Alva attributed the win to his team's "determination."
