Frampton Now 5-1 Following 2-0 Win
|
New York starter Nate Frampton put the Montreal offense in a vise grip. The right-hander relied heavily on his changeup in leading the Empires to a 2-0 win. With the win, New York pushed its record to 26-18.
New York starter Nate Frampton was a master of his craft. The right-hander allowed no runs on 4 hits over 8 innings.
