Dairymen Win at Los Angeles, 7-4
|
Milwaukee right fielder Ray DeCou played a vital role in his team's 7-4 conquest of Los Angeles. He was 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for Milwaukee. With the win, Milwaukee upped its record to 25-20.
Milwaukee used the hitting of Larry Morford to pick up the win. The left fielder clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the Dairymen on top, 2-0. For the game, Morford had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
"We had some nice at-bats at the right time," said Dairymen manager Brandon Dudley.
