Eagles Lose, 6-1, at Milwaukee Municipal Stadium

Milwaukee took on Washington in front of a lively crowd.
Arnie Keilman, who is tied for 8th in the NBL in wins with 5, never let the Eagles get in a groove. The right-hander used his bread and butter, his sinker, to pitch the Dairymen to a win, 6-1. The winning pitcher was Keilman, now 5-3. He tossed 7.1 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 1 and fanning 4.
The Dairymen picked up the win with a combination of good hitting and good pitching.
"Arnie has got a slow heartbeat," said Milwaukee manager Brandon Dudley. "He doesn't panic or anything."
Milwaukee, at 22-24, holds down 5th place in the National Baseball League Western Division.
