Empires Use Late-Game Magic to Beat Lords, 3-2
In a tight contest between the New York Empires and the Baltimore Lords, Nate Frampton was the determining factor. The New York right-hander sparkled in his team's 3-2 win. With the win, the Empires sit at 29-20.

Al Castro was the walk-off hero for New York. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Empires right fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"Time to decompress after a tough win," said Frampton.
