Hurons Beat Atlanta, 2-1

The Toronto Hurons beat the Atlanta Generals, 2-1, at Dominion Field. The Hurons got a fine performance from center fielder Jorge Luna, who went 4-5 with a home run, a triple, and a double. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Toronto is in 6th place in the American Baseball League Eastern Division with a record of 23-32.
The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the tenth. With one out, Luna hit a slider from Renie White for a run-scoring double. The Hurons, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
"Tough loss," said Atlanta manager Philipe Yazzie. "Tough one to swallow."
