Starting pitcher Reggie Wright gave the San Francisco Seagulls a rock-solid effort. The Harrisburg, Pennsylvania native helped his team defeat the Dallas Wranglers, 3-2, at Bluff Park. Wright, the winner, moves to 4-4. He threw 7.1 innings of 3-hit ball, while fanning 3 and giving up 5 walks. The 4th-place Seagulls sport a record of 27-30.

Bob Raab, who finished 5th in the ABL in RBI with 103 last year, had a direct impact on the outcome. Raab contributed a run-scoring ground out in the top of the fifth inning to put San Francisco up, 3-2.

"I felt good. I felt like I was locating the ball well and I was able to keep them off-balance," said Wright.
