Generals Roll to 8-3 Win Over Northmen
The Atlanta Generals beat the Twin Cities Northmen, 8-3, at Atlantic Station Field. Atlanta second baseman Roberto Palacios, who is tied for 10th in the ABL in RBI with 30, collected 2 singles and 1 double with 1 run batted in. Frank Combs, the winner, goes to 7-2. He allowed 3 runs on 8 hits, with 2 walks and 10 strikeouts over 7.2 innings. The Generals, at 33-24, have now won 5 straight.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Mika told the Atlanta News.
