Dairymen Stumble, Lose to Bulls
Kansas City Bulls starter Tim McDonald hurled his team past the Milwaukee Dairymen, 8-2. McDonald picked up the win for Kansas City, going 7.2 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 8 hits. He now sports a record of 3-7. The 4th-place Bulls have won 4 straight.

Haskell McLemore had a big 2-run double for the Bulls in the bottom of the second inning. With Kansas City leading 1-0 and runners on 1st and 3rd, he got a sinker from Tom Rockliffe, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 1968 draft, and swatted a double to right-center. It was his 13th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Bulls ahead, 3-0.
