Northmen Sneak By Wranglers, 2-1

In a tight game between the Twin Cities Northmen and the Dallas Wranglers, pitcher Ben Hall was terrific on the mound. The Twin Cities right-hander helped his team to the 2-1 win. Hall picked up the win for Twin Cities, going 7 innings. He gave up 1 run on 3 hits. He now sports a record of 7-4. Twin Cities goes to 28-39, Dallas to 38-29.
Twin Cities used the timely hitting of Mark Clark to seize the win. The pinch hitter stroked a 2-run single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Northmen on top, 2-1. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.
"We squandered some opportunities," said Dallas manager William Albrecht.
