Pobladores 6-2 Victors Over Boston

At San Vicente Park, the Boston Terriers and Los Angeles Pobladores were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.
Good production from second baseman Manuel Castillo helped the Los Angeles Pobladores topple the Boston Terriers, 6-2. Castillo was 2-3 with 2 singles and 2 walks. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the Pobladores. The victory gives Los Angeles a record of 36-34.
Making an impact for Los Angeles was left fielder Paul McCarthy. He drilled a double off Tim Jepperson in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, McCarthy went 2-4 with a double and a walk.
"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Castillo. "And not try to do too much."
