With 5-3 Win, Quakers Improve to 42-27
|
Starting pitcher Darrell Klug pitched well enough to help the Philadelphia Quakers beat the Pittsburgh Industrials, 5-3. Klug got the win, improving to 4-1. He gave up 9 hits and walked 3 over 8.1 innings. He allowed 3 runs. The first-place Quakers have won 4 straight games.
