The Kansas City Bulls defeated the San Diego Captains, 1-0, in 11 innings in National Baseball League action at San Diego Sporting Complex. Kansas City pitcher Steve Estes had a standout performance. Steve Eaton was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 9 of 14 save opportunities. The setback makes San Diego 36-36.
