Kansas City Deals Jacobs to Philadelphia for Johnson Monday, January 22nd , 1973 It's being reported in the Kansas City press that the Bulls have traded 19-year old RHP Pete Jacobs to the Philadelphia Quakers for 27-year old C Fred Johnson and a 2nd round draft pick. However, there is no confirmation by the two ball clubs. In his 761-game career Johnson is batting .252 with 598 hits, 101 home runs, 313 runs scored and 382 RBIs. |
