Milwaukee Reliever Hurt Tuesday, March 8th , 1977 When Tony Johnstone was hurt against the Chicago Traders, the Milwaukee Dairymen were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 22-year-old reliever suffered a torn meniscus throwing a pitch in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Johnstone would miss 4-5 months of the season. |
