Injury Setback for Blockbusters Duprey Tuesday, March 6th , 1973 Billy Duprey, starting pitcher for the Los Angeles Blockbusters, was making great progress in healing a strained abdominal muscle according to a team spokesman, but suffered a setback yesterday. "Billy was doing great in his rehab until he overdid it in a recent workout. Now doctors say it will be at least one week before he will be able to rejoin the club." |
