Bulls Kolman Suspended
Friday, June 18th , 1965
As a result of his tirade and temper tantrum during yesterday's Bulls-Industrials game at Allegheny Field, Kansas City shortstop Randy Kolman will get some time off. He was issued a 3-game suspension by the league commissioner. Kolman was suspended for verbally abusing and physically bumping the home plate umpire after being ejected for arguing over a third strike.
So far this year in 50 games Kolman is hitting .272 with 4 home runs, 19 RBIs and 20 runs scored.
