Trade: Kelley for Pavlik Monday, March 26th , 1973 Clark Anderson, general manager of the Denver Burros, has signed off on a trade for Baltimore's 34-year old RHP Gary Moore and 33-year old 1B Jim Pavlik. To complete the deal, the Burros will send 20-year old 1B Tom Kelley and a 4th round draft pick to the Lords. Baltimore will retain a portion of Pavlik's remaining contract. His career numbers show Pavlik is currently carrying a .222 lifetime batting average with 104 home runs and 460 RBIs. |
