Crawford Agrees to Terms with Traders

A contract extension between Skip Crawford and Chicago was reached earlier today.
Crawford will continue to play for the Traders and will pocket $2,604,000 over the next 4 years. The Traders said the extension "shows our level of confidence in him and in the type of player and person he is."
On the season, Crawford has compiled a 5-0 mark with a 2.38 ERA in 5 starts. In pitching 41.2 innings he has 14 strikeouts and 10 walks while limiting the opposition to a .220 batting average.
