Brooklyn CF Landrum Suspended Sunday, July 30th , 1972 During the Bluebirds-Quakers game yesterday at Flatbush Park, Brooklyn center fielder Greg Landrum threw a terrible temper tantrum protesting a third-strike call and was issued a 4-game suspension by the league office. Landrum is hitting .308 in 1972 with 42 RBIs and 5 home runs. |
