Fontanez Silences Milwaukee, 5-0

In a remarkable performance, San Diego Captains starter Dario Fontanez beat the Milwaukee Dairymen, 5-0, in an impressive 4-hit shutout.
"My arm felt good, mechanics were good and my stuff was working," he said later. "It doesn't get any better than this."
The Captains hurler finished with 4 strikeouts and 2 walks. He showed pinpoint control and a sharp fastball.
"It was a rough one for my guys," Milwaukee manager Brandon Dudley said, following the game. "We weren't at our best and their guy was."
This year, Fontanez has recorded a 7-12 mark. In 24 starts he has fanned 88 batters in 156 innings with a 3.63 ERA.
