Litwak Stops Seattle Tuesday, August 10th , 1971 Scott Litwak blitzed the Seattle Emeralds at Puget Field, pitching the Detroit Wolverines to victory, 8-0. Litwak went 9 innings to shut out the Emeralds, striking out 7. "I knew he had it in him, but it's still nice to see him put it all together," said Detroit manager Alex Wobbema.
