Kansas City Blanks Milwaukee Behind Carter
Wednesday, April 12th , 1972
Milwaukee were shut out, 3-0, by Skip Carter and the Kansas City Bulls at Milwaukee Municipal Stadium. The Dairymen offered little resistance to Carter, who stopped them on 5 hits, fanned 3 and walked 1.
"It just felt right today," the left-handed Carter told reporters after the win. "Even with the rain, it didn't throw me off my rhythm."
