Romero and Unknown Brawl, League Suspends Them Friday, May 4th , 1962 Willie Romero of the Yakima Harvesters and Jim Unknown of the Eugene Emeralds received notification from the league commissioner's office that they had been suspended for 5 and 10 games respectively for their part in the on-field ruckus in a recent game at Yakima WA minor league park. For the year Romero has hit .203 with 4 home runs, 10 RBIs and scored 7 runs. |
