| Cincinnati had never worn anything but white, gray or black throughout their history, but this year they added orange trim to their jerseys and caps. The orange would disappear a few years later, but after a period of experimentation with other hues, it would return—briefly in the 1930’s, and then permanently in the 1950’s. |
