Seagulls Rally Past Wolverines to Claim 2-1 Series Lead
A clutch 9th inning gave the San Francisco Seagulls a walk-off win over the Detroit Wolverines and a 2-1 lead in the Divisional Series at Mission Field today. Young pinch hitter Troy Stallings, 23, earned accolades after he was 1-1 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once.

Scott Wagner was the walk-off hero for San Francisco. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Seagulls third baseman hit a dramatic 3-run home run to send the teams home.

"We're feeling good about this," said Seagulls manager Al Borie. "We have got an advantage now and we just need to keep the pressure on."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Mission Field in San Francisco.
