The Denver Burros turned back the Los Angeles Blockbusters, 6-5, at Gates Crescent Park. Manuel Andrade, in particular, had a fine performance. He was 3 for 4 with 3 singles. He scored 2 runs. Manny Esparza finished to wrap up his 20th save. The Burros have an impressive 78-43 record.
