Eckler Now 1-0 After Beating Blockbusters
|
In a low-scoring contest between the Kansas City Bulls and the Los Angeles Blockbusters, John Eckler was the X factor. The Kansas City right-hander spearheaded the 2-0 win. Kansas City, with the win, sits at 46-99.
The Blockbusters had their hands full with Eckler, who overpowered Los Angeles hitters while racking up 11 strikeouts.
"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Eckler.
