Brooklyn Blanked by Mojica, 6-0
Saturday, May 3rd , 1975
Chicago Traders starter Jose Mojica really did a number on the Brooklyn Bluebirds, shutting them out, 6-0, on 3 hits in a complete game victory. He issued 1 walk and had 3 strikeouts.

"We didn't have good at-bats," said Brooklyn manager John Meeker. "I don't make excuses, but when we were playing the game, our energy didn't show. That comes from either extremely good pitching or extremely lousy hitting and seeing as our team has a bunch of good hitters, I have to tip my cap to Mojica."

Mojica has a 3-1 season record so far. In 5 starts, he has fanned 12 batters in 33.2 innings with a 4.01 ERA.
