San Francisco Blanks Wranglers, Patrick at His Best

Jerry Patrick had an impressive outing at Mission Field, hurling the San Francisco Seagulls to a 4-0 shutout victory over the Dallas Wranglers.
"He threw strikes and he was always around the plate," Dallas skipper William Albrecht said. "The ball was doing everything he wanted it to do. We hit some balls hard, but they were all right at the fielders."
On the day, the right-handed Patrick yielded 1 hit and tallied 3 strikeouts with 2 walks.
