ABL Awards Player of the Week Trophy Monday, July 23rd, 1956 Harry Osborn is respected by most San Francisco Seagulls fans for his no-frills style of play. The 34-year-old third baseman went about his business with vigor last week to grab the American Baseball League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .538 average (14-for-26) with 3 home runs, 11 RBIs and 6 runs scored. So far this season Osborn has put up a .310 batting average with 94 hits, 13 home runs and 58 RBIs. |
